1. Agreement and independence
These terms govern your use of juliusai.lol and the related workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Julius AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Julius AI, Caesar Labs, Inc., or any similarly named company. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account and devices secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Information you provide must be accurate, and you may not use another person’s account without permission.
3. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Checkout opens directly on Stripe, and card details are handled there. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout. You can cancel from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the law requires otherwise.
4. AI outputs and the queue
AI systems can make mistakes, omit context, or produce unexpected results. Review outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, medical, or other important decisions.
Generation uses shared capacity. Your request may wait in a queue, and available speed or capacity can depend on your plan. The workspace queue is simulated for product demonstration and does not complete automatically; leaving the queue does not create a charge.
5. Your content and permission
You retain the rights you have in the prompts, files, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service.
You must have the rights needed to upload and process your content. Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or that you are not authorized to use.
6. Outputs and responsibility
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs you create in your workspace. You are responsible for how you use an output and for checking that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your purpose.
We do not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular use.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, send spam, or interfere with the service or another person’s use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or extract models except where the law expressly permits it.
8. Third-party services
The service links to and relies on third-party services, including Google sign-in, Stripe, cloud infrastructure, and data connectors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We may impose reasonable limits to protect the service and its users.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
